This machine will apply paste dots to 216 locations in under 3 minutes.

Two Station Robotic Hydraulic Staking Machine

This system will stake 108 locations in less than 2-1/2 minutes.

MEDIA

Robotic Hydraulic Staking Machine

This machine uses machine vision to locate the center of each of the 108 holes and places the robot end of arm staking tool accurately into each hole, energizes the staking tool, and verifies the quality of the stake. This machine has two stations so the operator can unload/load a part on one station while the robot is staking on the other station.

Robotic Paste Applicator

This machine uses machine vision to locate the exterior circumference of the tubes and places a paste dot at two locations around each tube. When one end is completed a rotator will rotate the part so the opposite end can be completed without operator intervention.
